We are pleased to welcome you to the 2026 ARPA National Conference, held on 1–2 September 2026 at Crown Perth on Whadjuk Noongar Country. Guided by the theme Reimagining Rehabilitation 2030: Evidence, Technology & Human Recovery, more than 500 leaders from rehabilitation, insurance, and workforce sectors will come together to explore the future of practice, policy, and participation.

The Conference will also host the biennial ARPA National Excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation Awards on 1 September, celebrating outstanding achievement across our industry.

The Awards night is not included in the Conference registration, however, is available at an additional cost. 

Please note: It is a condition of registration that full payment is received at the time of registration. A credit card payment will be required to complete the online registration. All registration prices are in $AUD.

Important: Please ensure the correct email address is input for the booking/group contact – this is the person who will receive the invoice receipt. Requesting changes to the invoice once it has been generated and sent may incur a fee. Please ensure this is correctly completed in the registration process.

FAQ: How to register if you do not have all delegate names confimed:
If you do not have all the delegate names confirmed upon registering, please input "Guest 1" in the first name and last name section. Please continue inputing "Guest 2," "Guest 3" etc if you have multiple guests to register. Once you have the confirmed names, please email arpa@eventandconferenceco.com.au and request for a link to update your registrations.

Please note, dietaries must be provided 14 days prior to the event day (18 August 2026). Any dietary requests and/or changes after requirements have been submitted will unfortunately not be considered (i.e., any name changes received after the submission date will receive the meal requirements of the original attendee).

A confirmation email will be sent within 24hrs of completing your registration. Please contact arpa@eventandconferenceco.com.au if you have not received a confirmation within this time frame. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat Event & Conference Co. Refunds will be offered 31+ days prior to the Conference date. Cancellation is not permitted within 30 days of the Conference date (from 2 August 2026). All eligible refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference. Name changes are permitted. Please email arpa@eventandconferenceco.com.au with the name and email address of the substitute delegate. Cancellations and "No Shows" on the day of the Conference will not be entitled to a refund. In the event the Conference is not able to proceed due to Western Australian Government restrictions, ARPA will determine/seek to postpone the Conference to another date. Dietaries: Please note, dietaries must be provided 14 days prior to the event day (18 August 2026). Cancellation of Individual Bookings Should a decision be made to cancel individual bookings less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival or there are no shows the full length of stay cancelled will be charged to the applicable credit card.
