Deaglan is a secondary school teacher from Victoria who has experience in both regional and metropolitan schools. His focus in literacy has always been towards supporting the students who are at the biggest risk of school disengagement, whether that be through behavioural, academic, or mental health struggles. He is dedicated to creating classrooms, programs, processes and systems that help all teachers reach the students who are most likely to fall through the cracks.
