Biography
Lou Hendricks is Boomerang Alliance's Plastic Free Places WA Coordinator. Prior, Lou was an adviser in waste and advocacy and economic development campaign communications. Lou is an experienced media, communications and engagement professional who worked in local, state and federal governments after 20 years in radio and television journalism.

Biography
Kelly champions Port and South Hedland’s Tidy Town efforts and participates in roadside litter clean ups. Kelly instigated a pilot CDS scheme, now runs the Town's Refund Point and is leading an innovative food waste diversion trial. Kelly is passionate about local solutions in regional and remote communities.

Biography
Bella began her career as an environmental advisor in the mining sector before joining Talis as a Graduate Waste Engineer in 2023. Bella has since worked on a range of waste infrastructure projects and became a Waste Engineer in 2024, developing a partiality for regional and remote waste management facilities.

Biography
Stephanie has worked in renewable energy, energy and waste management and education over the past 25 years in remote, regional and metro WA, in local and state governments, research institutions and businesses. She joined the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation in 2022, working on single-use plastic regulations and support programs fostering reuse.
