Darrell Monteiro is the Manager for Waste and Fleet at the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. Darrell was sucked into the waste and resource recovery industry since 2010 when he joined the Town of Cottesloe as Principal Environmental Health Officer. Since then, Darrell has been passionate about triple bottom-line WARR projects.
