As Campaign Director at End Food Waste Australia, Mandy channels her boundless energy and expertise into leading food loss and waste initiatives that reshape perceptions and drive action towards a sustainable future. Biography

Purpose-led ESG executive accelerating sustainability outcomes. Throughout her career, Ainsley’s focus has been on developing relationships, driving improvement and leading a collaborative and responsive culture. Now as the Chief Executive Officer of Seamless, the National Clothing Product Stewardship Scheme, every day is about encouraging a circular clothing economy by 2030. Her career spans public and private sectors including ASX-listed companies. Prior to joining Seamless, she led the Infrastructure Sustainability Council; a globally recognised sustainability standard benchmarking ESG performance of infrastructure across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. She is a champion for climate action, having led multiple industry partnerships for a resilient, inclusive transition; including convening a national alliance spanning government, business and peak bodies. Known to be an accessible values-driven leader, she advocates for the UN SDGs and is an ally to women with leadership aspirations. She holds an MBA, Bachelor of Science and post graduate degree in sustainable resource use. Ainsley is passionate about people, nature and power tools.

Ella is a dynamic force with a background in local government, with a focus on change-making and collaboration. With a career in economic and community development, she’s spearheaded initiatives in tourism, agriculture, and innovation. Ella has led a raft of transformational projects throughout her career, and also works on ‘both sides of the fence’ as an elected member in her regional community in South Australia. Her extensive experience centres around stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, advocacy, and project management. As Campaign Manager at End Food Waste Australia, Ella channels her strategic acumen and passion for community betterment into driving impactful change at both the local and national scale.

Biography

Leanne Wiseman is Professor of Law at Griffith University, Brisbane Australia and Chair of the Australian Repair Network Leanne’s current research expertise focuses on the intersection between law and new technologies. She is currently researching legal and regulatory responses to the International Right to Repair movement, with particular interest of its impact within the automotive, agricultural, consumer electronic and medical device repair markets. Leanne is passionate about strengthening Australian consumers’ right to repair, ensuring the more efficient and sustainable use of Australian resources and, in turn, Australia’s environmental sustainability.
