Biography
Kelly Howlett is an active and passionate environmental practitioner, in 2003 Kelly founded and has since run the local Care For Hedland Environmental Association which leads all the local community’s sustainability, waste and environmental initiatives. The Care For Hedland story is a great way to show what community can do.
