Kelly Howlett is an active and passionate environmental practitioner, in 2003 Kelly founded and has since run the local Care For Hedland Environmental Association which leads all the local community’s sustainability, waste and environmental initiatives. The Care For Hedland story is a great way to show what community can do.

Aaron is Chief Operating Officer at Good Sammy. He has over 20 years of experience in senior operational manager roles in iconic people-focused businesses such as St John Ambulance and RAC, and other national and international organisations. He will present on Good Sammy's expansion program.

Colleen is a Senior Waste Engineer and Consultant with Talis. Colleen has 10 years’ experience in the environmental & engineering sector, specialising in the design and delivery of recycling and waste infrastructure projects including landfills, transfer stations, community recycling centres, organics facilities and liquid waste facilities.

Giles is a highly regarded consultant with nearly 30 years of waste industry experience. He established ASK in 2007 to provide quality consultancy services for regional and rural customers. Most recently ASK has developed Cooee, a waste facility data solution for small to medium sized facilities.

Hayley is a Technical Director for Circular Economy at GHD’s Perth office. She works with clients to develop circular economy approaches including the assessment of business processes, management and recovery of commercial wastes, impact assessments and opportunities for the beneficial use of waste-derived materials.
