Thank you for your interest in partnering with us or exhibiting at the WorkCover WA Conference 2025. To submit a booking request for a Partnership Package, Marketplace Booth or Table of 8, please complete this form.

 

Please note: Opportunities are filling fast and where possible the team will remove the opportunities which have already sold. If your desired package is not listed, it has already been filled.

Completion of this booking form confirms your intention to proceed. Confirmation is subject to WorkCover WA approval. Please note, the marketplace will not proceed with less than 10 exhibitors - if the marketplace is cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

 

A copy of your Workers Compensation Certificate of Currency must be emailed through to WCWA@eventandconferenceco.com.au to support your application (bookings for table of 8 only are exempt from this).

If you would like to book a table of 8 for the Conference, please select the checkbox below. Your table will be positioned in a premium location for prime viewing of the sessions.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
1. Receipt of a booking form confirms your intention to sponsor and/or exhibit (excluding table of 8 bookings). 2. Confirmation is subject to approval by WorkCover WA. 3. The exhibition will not run with less than 10 exhibitors. You will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued in this case. 4. There is a 30 Day Payment terms on receipt of invoice with all payments finalised at least 14 days prior to the event. 5. In the event you need to cancel your sponsorship and/or exhibition contract: 60+ days prior to the event, 25% of the contracted amount will be payable 0-59 days prior to the event, 100% of the contracted amount will be payable 6. All cancellations must be made in writing to WCWA@eventandconferenceco.com.au. 7. In the event the Conference in not able to proceed due to Western Australian Government restrictions, Workcover WA will determine/seek to postpone the Conference to another date. Sponsors and exhibitors will be notified of the details as soon as available. If the postposed date or restrictions prevent you from being part of the Conference, and you request cancellation your request will be put forth to WorkCover WA. If cancellation is approved by WorkCover WA the cost will be either returned in full, or a pro rata amount based on benefits already executed. 8. The exhibitor/sponsor shall not damage any of the provided items or the venue used. Any damages will result in a fee payable by the exhibitor/sponsor directly. 9. WorkCover WA and Event & Conference Co. or any of its staff/ volunteers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the exhibitor stand or products. 10. Payments made to Event & Conference Co. are on behalf of the client, by contractual agreement. 11. Exhibitors must provide copies of the following insurances relevant to the exhibition: - Worker's compensation insurance - $50 million - Professional indemnity insurance - $2 million
