Cancellation Terms: Should you not be able to attend the event, you can request a refund by emailing wastesortedawards@eventandconferenceco.com.au. Refunds will be offered 61+ days prior to the Gala Dinner date. Cancellation is not permitted within 60 days of the event date. Name changes are permitted. Please notify wastesortedawards@eventandconferenceco.com.au of any name changes. Dietary requests submitted at least 10 days prior to the event will be passed on to the venue. Any dietary requests and/or changes after requirements have been submitted will unfortunately not be considered (i.e., any name changes received after the submission date will receive the meal requirements of the original attendee). Please take note of the venue’s terms and conditions, in relation to dietary requirements: • no certified Halal is offered • while all efforts are made to offer the correct food as per request, they will not 100% guarantee the presence of the allergen is nil due to the kitchen arrangement. • No ability to change the meals on the night will be offered. Ticket Rates In the event that it is discovered an organisation has purchased at the charity rate and is operating as a for-profit business entity, we reserve the right to cancel any tickets purchased by the organisation or to charge for the tickets at full price. This decision is at the discretion of DWER. Condition of Entry: This is an 18+ event. Minors cannot be accommodated due to the service of alcohol. This event will include photography and/or videography. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact our team or let our event staff know at the event.
