As President and Convener, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Pharmacy WA Forum 2025, taking place on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th August 2025 at Crown Perth.

Now in its 16th year, the Pharmacy WA Forum continues to grow as the premier event for Western Australia's pharmacy sector. This year, our theme, where insight meets action, reflects our commitment to turning knowledge into meaningful outcomes.
