It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 17th annual Pharmacy WA Forum, taking place on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 August 2026 at Crown Perth.

Over the past 17 years, the Pharmacy WA Forum has grown into Western Australia’s leading event for community pharmacy, bringing together pharmacy owners, managers, and key decision-makers alongside industry partners who support and enable the profession.

The theme for 2026 - Elevating practice: Excellence, Innovation, Impact - reflects both the progress already achieved by community pharmacy and the opportunity ahead. As our sector continues to advance, pharmacists are demonstrating excellence in care, embracing innovation in service delivery, and delivering meaningful impact for patients, communities, and the broader healthcare system.

Across two days, the Forum will showcase leading pharmacy examples, emerging ideas, and practical strategies that support you and your pharmacy teams to operate confidently, sustainably, and to their full scope of practice. The programme is designed to inspire, connect, and equip delegates with insights and solutions that can be applied directly in practice.
