These specially negotiated rooms are available to Pharmacy WA Forum 2026 delegates on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are offered at exclusive Forum rates for the official event dates. Once the allocation is exhausted, accommodation may still be available directly through Crown Perth at the hotel’s best available rate.

We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, as Forum accommodation is limited and demand is expected to be high.

• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, or failure to arrive on the confirmed booking date, will incur a charge equal to the full length of stay, charged to the applicable credit card.
