Booking Conditions

• Forum accommodation rates are available exclusively via the official online booking links.
• Bookings outside the main Forum dates may be available, subject to availability, at the hotel’s best available rate.
• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
• Please note that pre‑payment is not required at the time of booking; however, payment and bond requirements may vary by hotel. Delegates are encouraged to review the individual check‑in policies for Crown Towers, Crown Metropole, and Crown Promenade for full details.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, or failure to arrive on the confirmed booking date, will incur a charge equal to the full length of stay, charged to the applicable credit card.
